Tuesday Evening: Weird Phone Calls

What a up and down day. First we get the call mentioned in the 2nd post, then my wife gets a call from a couple that claims they saw him in the park by our house on Monday night bothering another dog, but that nobody picked him up. Then later that evening as we're putting up flyers, we get a strange call from a girl who says her name is Somaya Mohammed. She says she lives in Ellenwood and although she has called us, she has grown attached to the dog and is hesitant about giving her back! Mind you my wife is having this conversation with her for 1/2 hour, and she is rambling on about the money she's put into the dog, etc. We're talking two days here! Sounds like a scam but we gotta follow it through for now. A picture via text message is supposedly on it's way.

Day 2: Update on "Disco"

I signed up for an alert service, Find Toto, which makes automated phone calls to the number of neighbors that you sign up for. One of our neighbors called back and said that on Sunday night, he saw two African-American women had picked up "Disco" and were looking for his owner. They were on the Freedom Park trail near the playground.

If you have any information on who these women might be or anything else that might be relevant, then please contact discoinatlanta@gmail.com

Please help me find Disco!

There is only one solitary purpose for this blog, and that is to get the word out on our missing dog. He's a Yorkie named "Disco". We live by the Candler Park golf course and have been papering the surrounding neighborhoods with flyers. Time is of the essence and I can think of no quicker way to get the word out. If you have any information, please email discoinatlanta@gmail.com
